We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Liona

From the moment we first connected, we knew we were in the best hands. She held a full welcome call before we even finalized things and walked us through everything, answering all of our questions with kindness and even bringing up things we hadn’t thought of.

She was calm, incredibly thorough, and clearly someone who cares deeply about animals and the people who love them.

She stayed with our two cats, Penelope and Finnegan. They have very different personalities. He’s vocal, playful, and needs a ton of attention, while she’s more reserved and takes time to warm up.

Liona adapted instantly.

She gave Finn the love and energy he thrives on and gave Penelope the patience and reassurance she needed to feel safe, even though her people were away. It was clear that Liona really got them both right away.

While we were gone, we expected maybe a picture or two per day. What we got instead was a full experience. Every single day, she sent videos, photos, and the best little stories that made us feel like we were right there with them. It never felt like a service. It felt like someone we trusted fully, loving and caring for our animals with genuine attention and joy.

She even took time to sit with each pet before we left, making sure they were comfortable with her and that she had everything she needed for a smooth stay. I left feeling more confident than I ever have. Honestly, I didn’t even feel this peaceful when we’ve left them with family.

When we returned, the house was spotless. She had swept, mopped, done the dishes, and left everything just as we had it (if not better). The transition home was only hard because the cats clearly missed her. They were so bonded with her, especially Finn, who I swear had a full-on kitty crush.

We have kind of a complicated setup, with two different diets, dental care for Penelope, and specific routines, and she didn’t bat an eye. Everything was done exactly right. As very anxious pet parents, we felt fully at ease. Her energy is calm, grounded, and dependable. She took care of our home and our cats with so much pride and thoughtfulness.

Even my dad commented that, based on how she handled our cats and communicated with us, he’d want to hire her for their next trip. And they have reactive dogs who are hard to please.

We would hire Liona again in a heartbeat.
She’s not just reliable.
